TO PROTECT YOU...We do our best to take all precautions and utilize preventive measures in order to mitigate or minimize the exposure to possible risks, but sometimes, accidents do happen. Field Agents & Office Staff alike, are charged with safekeeping and protection of your vehicle collateral, personal property, and information. Sometimes it may appear very inconvenient, but understand we are making every effort to provide for the safety of all parties involved. If circumstances allow, we will do our best to improve the situation, or provide you with a personable explanation to help you better understand the process. Sometimes field agents may read a situation differently, and appear very guarded, but that just comes with the unique facets of the job. No one is ever happy to see the Repo Man, so please don't take anything personal or blame us for
being there. Our office staff is also faced with certain challenges which require a a level of rigidity to achieve security standards. Please expect, they will make every effort to achieve those standards, while maintaining a professional environment, with both integrity, and transparency. We pride ourselves on our pat track record of doing business from a foundation of integrity & accountability.

OUR COVERAGE...When fully operational, we maintain a full scope insurance policy through Recovery Insurance Services, a company that specializes in vehicle recovery and repossession businesses. We maintain one of the most comprehensive policies and fidelity bonds available. **Due to COVID19 we have experienced a drastic reduction in our operational tempo, and as a result, we have had to suspend certain types of coverage.
